Job description:
1. Undertake the supervision of the overall competitiveness of the product, grasp the overall architecture and plan, and optimize the E2E pattern of the supply chain structure
2. Responsible for formulating, planning, designing, and following up on the overall structural scheme, and able to conduct technical analysis of the scheme from various perspectives, clarify the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, judge possible risks, and formulate preventive measures in advance
3. Provide accurate analysis and judgment of the core elements of static and dynamic costs of products from the perspective of the overall system, including functionality, structure, materials, processes, and quality, and find effective ways to reduce costs
4. Strong ability to analyze and solve product anomalies and problem points, organize the resolution of common and frequent product issues, and solve design and process problems that arise during various stages such as prototype, trial production, and mass production

Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Industrial Design
2. Proficient in mechanical 3D modeling and engineering drawing
3. Proficient in sheet metal, machining and various surface treatments to ensure the feasibility of the design scheme
4. Familiar with the selection of various materials, able to choose different materials according to the requirements of different types of products
5. Familiar with the heat dissipation design of the product and proficient in selecting thermal conductive materials
